My passion for nutrition, exercise and overall health stems from being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease when I was 15. I had suffered extreme headaches, fatigue, bloating, weight loss, low mood and amenhorrea (loss of periods). Having undergone various tests and discovering the extent of the damage to my small intestine, I was told that my diet had to change immediately.

Overtime, by following a strict gluten free diet, my health improved dramatically. The headaches were few and far between, I had more energy, I stopped feeling sick all the time and slowly, my menstrual cycle regulated. I then realised the power of food, as my body started to function as it should and I found it fascinating. This is when I decided to study Nutrition & Food Science, at The University of Reading.

My love for fitness developed during University when I realised the positive impact it had on my life, both physically and mentally. Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand, you can't really have one without the other and, I now work with clients, of all shapes and sizes to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

I haven't looked back since.
